Maddie Moyano
Madeleine (or Maddie) became interested in energy and climate resilience after witnessing the impacts of wildfires on her home state, Oregon.
In 2021, she received a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Oregon State University. While at Oregon State, Maddie gained experience in legislative advocacy, tracking public utility commission proceedings, and stakeholder engagement through her positions at the OSU Sustainability Office and the University Legislative Scholars program. Having previously worked for an artificial intelligence company, Maddie brings the E9 team unique insight into the perspectives of emerging technology companies in the regulated utility landscape.
At E9, Maddie works with clients on regulatory engagement strategies in addition to policy research and analysis.
